my journey began in 2011 in the subsidiary of LLC Beloyarsk NPP-Service, I was selected for the position of economist, at that moment the procurement activity was just emerging and I was interested in being a pioneer, I had absolutely no experience.

by 2015, the procurement direction was in its prime and it was necessary to organize a department in which I was appointed head of the procurement department.

In 2016, there was a merger with the organization Beloyarsk NPP-Auto LLC, where I was already appointed head of the procurement and logistics department.
On December 30, 2019, on the last working day of the year, I received an offer to work at the Beloyarsk NPP, during the New Year holidays I made the final decision and moved to my current position. The prospect of new knowledge, development, and increased competencies for me have priority over stable, but not so interesting routine work.

- I like the people who work at Rosatom, at least the ones I have met, they are always ambitious, passionate, focused on improving the system in which they work.
All women are so strong, intelligent and multifaceted that every time it becomes a discovery for me. I always find aspects that I would like to learn and apply in my life.
