After university, I immediately came to work at FSUE "Instrument-Making Plant named after K.A. Volodin" in the department of quality management, licensing and licensing activities, where I still work as a leading quality engineer.
The main activity is related to the internal audits of the QMS of the enterprise, the organization and passage of certification audits of the QMS of the enterprise, data reliability audits and audits of the second party. Responsibilities for carrying out analytical work within the framework of the QMS (reports for the year) and other work within the framework of the QMS of the enterprise are assigned.
In addition , I am engaged in constant consulting of all employees on QMS issues, I conduct QMS training.In 2013, she graduated from the university and came as a young specialist to the FSUE "Instrument-Making Plant named after K.A. Volodin" in the department of quality management, licensing and licensing activities. In 2014, she successfully passed the certification of a young specialist and was awarded the second category of quality engineer.
In the period from 2014 to 2020, she actively participated in projects that were implemented at the enterprise: "Certification of enterprise management systems for ecology, labor protection and information security", actively engaged in teaching QMS within the framework of the company's activities.
In 2020, she was certified for the first category of quality engineer.
In 2021, she was certified as a safety culture coach at the Rosatom Corporate Academy.
In 2021-2022, she actively prepared the company for the first participation in the Competition for the Government of the Russian Federation Awards in the field of quality, conducted by ANO "Roskachestvo".
In 2021, she created a women's community in the city of Trekhgorny, which included not only employees of the city-forming enterprise, but also girls/women from the city.
In 2022, she passed certification and was transferred to the position of a leading quality engineer.
In 2021 – bronze medalist Atomskills-2021 in the competence of "Quality Management".

- A project to prepare an enterprise to participate for the first time in the competition of ANO "Roskachestvo" for the Government of the Russian Federation awards in the field of quality, everything was new, but very interesting. We received a high rating for the contestants of the first year, we are very much waiting for the final assessment.
- And one one of the most important successes I consider is that I was able to support the policy of openness within the framework of my activities: daily consultations with the company's employees, who always know that I can help them and contact me on QMS issues.
