At present the problems of preparing professional personnel for the nuclear industry are urgent. Involvement of women in the nuclear industry will contribute to solving this problem. Besides, professional realization of women is actively discussed all over the world. To solve the problem of gender inequality women are taking the initiative. We women are a powerful resource for the development of nuclear power We women are a valuable capital. How can I run "behind the locomotive", I want to be "ahead of the whole planet".

The association of women in the nuclear industry provides excellent opportunities for professional and personal development. I would like as many women as possible to be inspired here and inspire others.

Let it be corny, but a woman needs a woman! We have been convinced for too long that women are rivals! I do not agree with this! I truly believe in the power of women. In the power of our unity! Women's community is not about diapers, raspypants, trends, and the latest collections. It's about career, achievement, and strength. It's about inspiration and opportunity. And the more of us, the greater our power!

Being a part of the Association of women in the nuclear industry - it means being in a team with proactive, active, intelligent girls! This always allows me to go forward, not to stop at what has been achieved and achieve my goals. Women are nuclear power!

I am glad to be a part of professional women's community which helps to implement and support socially useful projects for the benefit of the corporation, society and development of the nuclear industry, so being an Ambassador of such a community is very important to me.

Community of "nuclear" women is an accumulation of intelligence, unique experience, subtle empathy and beauty in all its manifestations. It is also an opportunity to develop oneself in different directions - from personal growth to career heights.

I admire the fact that women in the nuclear industry can do absolutely different things, work in completely different fields and still have an inner balance, have a dizzying career and be happy in family relationships. And the Nuclear Industry Women's Association helps share their experience and skills.

Active lifestyle and a desire to be useful encouraged me to try my hand as an Ambassador. I am glad that there was a great opportunity to join amazing, successful, responsive and so different women of the nuclear industry. Among like-minded women it is comfortable to share experience, discuss problems, develop and learn new things. Being part of the team is a big responsibility for me! I believe that together we will succeed!

For me the Foundation is a source of self-development, self-fulfillment, an opportunity to express my knowledge and skills beyond my main professional activities. Together, by joint efforts of participants of the Association, through cooperation and joint developments, it is possible to achieve success in creating new unique projects, implementing various kinds of social programs, initiating professional and personal growth and being in demand here and now.

Participation in the community is an incredible inspiration for me. All the women here are so strong, intelligent and multifaceted that every time it is a discovery for me. I always find aspects I would like to learn and apply in my life.

Everything we can imagine in our heads is possible!

I am sure that every woman can realize her potential by taking part in solving important social and economic tasks. It is important to form and promote a viable women's agenda for the development of the city, ROSATOM and the country.

I have not considered and do not consider myself a feminist, but injustice to women in any industry, not only nuclear, is depressing. There are too strong stereotypes that a woman's place is at the stove and when you start to want something more and, God forbid, to achieve something more, you are immediately blamed for not complying with a woman's mission: "to wash, to cook, to give birth. I want to convey to those around me that a woman can do anything! I want to awaken in my colleagues a sense of their own strength and, incidentally, a sense of dignity that is increasingly receding into oblivion. There are so many women in our industry who need to look beyond their desks and, in the evenings, beyond the kitchen table. In order to do that, we need to at least tell the stories of those who have already done so. I hope I can do that.

Having high level of professional, organizational and communicative skills I am ready to help young employees to adapt at their workplace, to share experience and knowledge, as well as to be a leader while solving complicated tasks. I consider the work in SC Rosatom prestigious and in-demand.

Nuclear Women Association is an enormous source of energy for me. It is very nice to be in a team of like-minded people, where you can share your thoughts and ideas and get feedback.

Our Association is created for women with the purpose of mutual help and support. And it consists of each of us - energetic, purposeful and hardworking. I like the fact that the Association gives us the opportunity to try new things and not be afraid to make mistakes. We share ideas and work to implement them. The Association gives support - it is a special kind of interaction between women, thanks to which each of our participants starts to feel much more energetic, confident in her abilities and more motivated to act. It's so important to always have like-minded women around!

I decided to become an Ambassador because I want to unite the entire beautiful half of SNIP JSC and implement cool projects - after all, a woman can do anything!

Participation in this community is a unique opportunity to meet ambitious, goal-oriented and intelligent women of the nuclear industry. Together we will be able to implement projects that are significant for each of us and the industry as a whole.
