Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.
After graduating from MGPI in 1994, she returned to Gadzhievo, which by that time had become her hometown, to the school she graduated from 6 years ago, as a mathematics teacher. They "loaded up" with classroom guidance, and weekdays and holidays flowed. In January 2001, she was appointed Deputy Director for Educational Work. Over the years of working in this position, I have "earned" the highest qualification category. In August 2005, she was appointed to the position of director of secondary school No. 279 after passing the competition. In 2009, information about the school, teachers, students and graduates was included in the encyclopedia "Gifted Children - the future of Russia". I have a medal "For contribution to the development of education" (2009). In 2010, 2011 and 2012 she took part in the All-Russian competition "School Director", became twice a laureate of the competition, in 2012 - a prize-winner. In 2009, as a result of the restructuring of educational schools in Gadzhievo, secondary school No. 279 was transformed into an elementary school. In May 2012, by decree of the head of the administration of the city of Alexandrovsk, the status of primary school No. 279 was changed - we are a primary school and since September 1, 2012, three 5th grades have been opened. And in February 2017, the status of our school was changed once again and, HOORAY!!!, now we are a secondary school! From 2009 to 2019 (not yet cancelled) had the highest qualification category in the position of "Director". She was awarded a commemorative badge "For her contribution to the development of the Kola Arctic", a diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, an Honorary Diploma of the Murmansk Regional Duma.
From 2016 to 2018, she was a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Murmansk Region.
From 2004 to 2008, she was elected a deputy of the Council of Deputies of BUT Rocky, from 2018 to the present I am a deputy of the Council of Deputies of BUT Alexandrovsk. I am a member of the all-Russian public organization "Union of Machine Builders of Russia".
04
What is attractive for you to work in the North?
It is difficult to say what is attractive about working in the North, when you have been living on the edge of the Kola land for more than 40 years ... Here I graduated from school, took place as a wife, mother, professional. Our son grew up in Gadzhievo, got an education in Murmansk and created a family, gave us a granddaughter with his wife. The North is my whole life for me.
As a deputy, of course, I solve urgent tasks for our university: as chairman of the commission on legislation and local self-government, I make changes to legislative acts at the local level with my fellow deputies; as a school director, I organize the participation and conduct of students, colleagues and parents in various actions.
05
What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?
There is a shortage of not only qualified, but also just personnel in the education and healthcare system throughout the region. Difficulties in implementing laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ: often poor–quality or/and untimely performance of work by contractors, and all demand for quality and timeliness is from the customer.
06
What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?
Now a lot is being done for the development of the North and, in particular, for the BUT. BUT the renovation plan, for example, has been implemented since 2020. Roofs of educational institutions, residential apartments are being repaired, playgrounds and sports grounds are being built.
I would like to increase the quota for the implementation of the Zemsky Uchitel program. In 2020, only 15 teachers were accepted in the Murmansk region, and there are many more who want to.
07
Three main reasons to visit the North?
1. Catch the Northern Lights
2. Try to fall asleep when the sun is not sleeping at all
3. Make it before it's too late
08
What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation living in the northern territories and facing the choice of a future profession?
Choosing a profession is a difficult and responsible step in every person's life. The future fate largely depends on a thoughtful choice of profession. Choosing the right profession means finding your place in life. Our son wanted to connect his life with chemistry and in the 11th grade (he became a prize-winner of the All-Russian competition), he was expected at the D.I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology in Moscow. But before the New year, we went to Murmansk State Technical University for the open day of the Faculty of International Relations and World Economy and he said that he would study here. Today he lives and works in Moscow at Rosatom and his profession is connected with both economics and chemistry. Therefore, I wish to think carefully and choose a profession at will.
