The questionnaire
01
Place of work and position. What is your main activity?
I work at the MOE secondary school No. 279 in Gadzhievo, as a primary school teacher.
02
A motto for life, an active position or a favorite quote that reflects you?
My favorite quote is "Don't worry and be happy", "Don't worry and be happy".
03
Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.
I love my profession, I am creative about it. After college, I came to Gadzhievo. I got a job in my specialty. I had a diploma with honors, but I didn't stop there. I am a teacher, which means you can't stand still, you need to look for and learn new things, introduce new ideas into work. For this purpose, I received higher education at the BSPU named after M. Akmulla in Ufa, specialty - "Pedagogical education". Higher education is one of my most important achievements, which I am proud of. There are other achievements in my work. Both my personal and together with the children. We participate in competitions, Olympiads, etc.
04
What is attractive for you to work in the North?
The North is the most beautiful place on Earth. I like it here. I have been living in Gadzhievo for the fourth year. It seems to have arrived only yesterday. Our city is small, quiet. The nature of the Far North is unique in itself, especially in winter and autumn – it is the northern lights, peculiar hills, trees in colorful dresses, useful berries (cranberries, blueberries, lingonberries), mushrooms, small lakes and, of course, the seas (White and Barents). It's the first time I've seen the Barents Sea so raging, scary and dangerous. The Black Sea is no match for our strong and mighty sea.
05
What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?
One of the main disadvantages is that there is no cinema in our city. To watch the film, you need to go to Murmansk, spend 1.5 hours in one direction.
06
What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?
Ideas for the development of cities/regions: a free digital library, free public wi-fi, interactive sculptures, free sports fields, CCTV cameras, a city greening program.
07
Three main reasons to visit the North?
1. The Northern Lights.
2. To visit Teriberka (to see this boundless Barents Sea, passing into the Arctic Ocean) and, of course, in Kirovsk (to see the Khibiny-the largest mountain range on the Kola Peninsula).
3. Get to know the reindeer.
08
What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation living in the northern territories and facing the choice of a future profession?
"Failures will befall you at a certain point in your life. Accept it. Sooner or later you will lose. You will disgrace yourself. In some ways, you will be a complete loser. There is no doubt about this one. If you lose, then you're not even trying. But sometimes this is the only way to understand where you need to go. Life will not always be a straight road. Therefore, you should never despair! Never give up! And if you have to fall, fall forward!"
"Work is one of the most important aspects of human life, and the only way to get real satisfaction from it is to believe that you are doing a good job. The only way to achieve success in your work is to love what you do. Therefore, look, keep looking until you find something that is right for you. Don't settle for less," and move North. It is beautiful, warm and delicious in the North.
