What is attractive for you to work in the North?
Work in the North is attractive for its uniqueness. Besides, I was born and raised in the North. This is my home. The ecology of the Arctic regions is very fragile. Everything must be done to preserve it in its original form. As a volunteer and as a conscious civilian, I consider it my duty to bring as much benefit as possible to the preservation of the Arctic ecology, as well as to the development of the region as a whole. Therefore, I always take part in such events as, for example, landscaping of the city, city clean-ups.
05
What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?
The most painful point is the outflow of the population. Especially young people. One of the reasons for this, I think, is the insufficient number of higher educational institutions. Young people go to study in large cities and do not return to the region.
