As practice shows, organizational skills, the ability to establish and maintain contacts with people are very important for a cultural worker. A cultural worker should have a "psychological flair": quickly and correctly understand people, find an individual approach to them, be tactful and show pedagogical resourcefulness.
In all this, my pedagogical education and the education of a psychologist, as well as experience, help me.
The world-famous French writer and poet Antoine de Saint–Exupery believes that culture is the inner content of a person, which is revealed to him through hard work, beliefs, customs and knowledge accumulated over centuries. And I share his point of view.
I have been very fond of dance since childhood and am proud that I have a female dance group "Ayavrina", translated from the Evenk language "Love". Dance is an inner, spiritual component, in which a person lives in harmony with the surrounding world and himself, realizes his importance. For such a person to be happy, it is enough just to do what he loves.
If a person does something from the heart, with inspiration, then it cannot leave anyone indifferent, it is fascinating.
This is the principle that underlies my work – to serve culture with full dedication. It's something to live for.
Our first achievements are the International Festival in Moscow "Christmas Stars" – Winner of the 1st degree.
The second is the special international prize "Pedagogical Nika" - the winner's Diploma
04
What is attractive for you to work in the North?
Yakutia is a unique region. It is full of the unknown: like an uncut stone, hiding a radiance that can illuminate new ways of development on our planet. Our region is rich in folk traditions, the beauty of the tundra natural, the spiritual care of the inhabitants of their native North. The future generation of our Server is brought up on deeply and scientifically grounded national and regional material for the preservation and revival of cultural heritage. The culture and nature of the native land should enter into the heart of every resident and become an integral part of his soul. To love the Motherland means to know it, to know, first of all, your small Homeland.
05
What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?
In any city of problems - a cart and a small cart. It's a different problem for everyone. In our case, of course, environmental issues are in the first place for everyone ...
1. Pollution of surface and underground waters of Yakutsk
2. Pollution of the Yakutsk air basin
3. Waste management
4. Depletion of land resources
06
What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?
The remoteness of the Arctic and northern territories means, first of all, transport inaccessibility, which also affects the quality of medical care.
07
Three main reasons to visit the North?
1. If you have not been to the tundra, close your eyes and imagine yourself in the desert. Only instead of sand there is snow, and instead of heat there is brutal cold. There are no roads here, there are almost no people and these places are not “spoiled" by civilization. But I warn you, the tundra in summer is a completely different story!
2. Try to fall asleep when the sun is not sleeping at all
Polar day. For two months, the sun does not set at all in the Arctic ulus. In the late afternoon, it descends to the horizon line, but does not touch it. And soon the sun rises again and floods everything with bright light. Unless, of course, the sky is overcast. During the white nights, the locals satisfy their light starvation and turn off the light – there is practically no benefit from it.
3. Try national dishes
Harsh climatic conditions dictate their own rules: food for the peoples of the North is the most important source of energy. At the same time, nature gives the inhabitants of the north environmentally friendly products, so if you are in Yakutia, you just have to try meat, fish and game.
08
What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation living in the northern territories and facing the choice of a future profession?
Work is one of the most important aspects of human life, and the only way to get real satisfaction from it is to believe that you are doing a good job. The only way to achieve success in your work is to love what you do. Therefore, look, keep looking until you find something that is right for you. Don't settle for less.
