· Main activity: formation and provision of operational and statistical reports to Federal authorities, Branch management, internal and external users.

Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.

I have been working in the power supply industry for 10 years, I have gone from a technician to a leading specialist.

Implemented several ideas that were significant for the organization: automated several industry reports, which significantly reduced labor and time costs and eliminated the possibility of errors.

I am a member of the volunteer cell and the working group of the project "Social Volunteering. The method of humane influence", the purpose of which is to provide assistance to organizations that exist on charitable funds, create conditions for reducing electricity receivables and forming a positive image of Rosatom State Corporation.

I am a member of the committee of the trade union organization of the branch "AtomEnergoSbyt" Murmansk, responsible for organizing sports and cultural events.

I am a member of the Youth Council of the Branch. Every year I participate in the organization and holding of the youth industry forum among the enterprises of the Nuclear industry of the region, I actively participate in the life of the youth organization of the Branch.

What is attractive for you to work in the North?

Murmansk is my hometown. I was born here, got an education and found a job to my liking. My whole life and activity is connected with the Arctic – a harsh, beautiful, rich and spiritual land full of kind and sympathetic people and great opportunities.

What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?

Despite the apparent efforts and work of the regional authorities, I want to see more order in medical institutions, in courtyards (roads and landscaping). Unfortunately, there is a large outflow of young people, which depends, perhaps, on a not very large range of higher educational institutions and leisure centers. Recreation areas are very relevant for families, which, in my opinion, are not enough today.

What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?

• construction of new and affordable housing, • landscaping of courtyards (repair of houses and adjacent territories, landscaping, installation of benches, playgrounds, road improvement) • attracting young specialists to the region due to high salaries and social support, • opening of new educational institutions of different professional orientation.

Three main reasons to visit the North?

· see the Aurora borealis (a real brand of the Murmansk region!);

· to admire the night city at any time of the year, especially during the white nights or the unique polar night, to see the only ice-free port city beyond the Arctic Circle,

· take part in exciting tourist trips around the Kola Region: Teriberka, Khibiny, and Lovozersk tundra, ski resort in Kirovsk, and stormy rivers, and waterfalls, and lakes, and mysterious northern labyrinths.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation living in the northern territories and facing the choice of a future profession?

Look around – with your heart.

Look for your way – with your soul.

Love your land – by deed.

· winter sports (snowboarding, skiing, skating),

· travel,

· cooking and tasting of new culinary dishes,

· sport (the love of sports inspired me to master the specialty of a gym instructor).
