Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.
I have been working for FSUE Atomflot since 2006. I am responsible for international cooperation and the implementation of federal programs. Participant of projects within the framework of international assistance in the field of Nrs and physical protection. I have the award of the State Corporation for International Cooperation in the nuclear industry. In 2019, 3rd place in the Man of the Year competition. Since April 2020, I have been a volunteer at Atomflot.

What is attractive for you to work in the North?
Murmansk is my homeland. I am glad to be involved in the implementation of international projects in the field of environmental improvement and rehabilitation of the Murmansk region. I care about how my family and friends live and will live. Much has already been done, but much remains to be done. The North is an amazing land, many Russians have realized this right now, when there are restrictions on traveling around the world. They came to us and did not regret it. We have something to surprise and please our guests.

What pain points of your city or region as a whole could you highlight?
Problems of Murmansk - there is no housing construction for Murmansk residents. Therefore, the cost of housing is high. This is one of the factors of the outflow of people from the North

What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?
The regional government is doing a lot for the development of the region. Support for Arctic projects is a key moment in improving life in Murmansk.

Northern Lights, delicious food, wonderful people!

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation living in the northern territories and facing the choice of a future profession?
Don't be afraid of anything, go ahead, choose a profession to your liking and be happy.
