Feel the tailwind in your sail. Move... If there is no wind. Grab your oars. (Latin proverb)
I have been in nuclear industry for 34 years, of them I have been working at Kursk NPP for 33 years. I started as a computer technician in ONDB, then, as an engineer of MP&PR, was engaged in prolongation of service life of power units at Kursk NPP. As a result I took part in extension of 4 power units and spent nuclear fuel storage. I am proud of the fact that I participated in obtaining 5 licenses for operation of nuclear power units at Kursk NPP. Last time I worked at the Kursk NPP I was engaged in prolongation of service life of equipment. In December 2021 I moved to PATES. Here I continued to prolong equipment service life. And there was a new line of activity, decommissioning of nuclear power plants. For as long as I remember, I have always been involved in public life. You can say I am a permanent trade union leader.
1 To see the Northern Lights! 2 To visit the tundra. To go for a drive on a cross-country vehicle. And on a snowmobile. And on deer. And on dogs. 3. To have time, before it is too late, to see the real North. The world is changing rapidly. So is the North.
To get good education on the mainland. And by all means, come back home.
I hear from many people who come to Pevek that it is the only place where we live for ourselves. On the mainland most of us deal not only with our own problems but with problems of our relatives as well. And here, in Pevek, you can devote time to yourself. Suddenly there is a desire to try something, which you even have never thought of before. And believe me, I'm not the only one. I never thought that I would ever go on stage as an actor. As I tell my acquaintances "I was very lucky, they took me to the third part of the small stage of the Pevek culture center". I study at the theatrical studio "Phoenix" directed by Nadmitova Irina. I have recently given a performance, my first one was "Twenty minutes with an angel" by Alexander Vampilov. It's just an indescribable feeling when the play is already finished, and you go to the bow... In that moment, you feel such euphoria!
