Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.
I have been working in FSUE Atomflot for over 8 years; during my career has gone from a Category 2 economist to Deputy Head of Representation Office; I am a member of the Youth Council of the company in the Interaction with Management and Branch Council of Youth in New Projects and Businesses area; I am a member of Rosatom`s Talent Pool.

What is the appeal of working in the North for you?
Working in the unique and the world's only nuclear-powered icebreaker fleet, we solve tasks of national importance, which is inspiring. It is not easy to live in the Far North, people do not see the sun for half a year, but they get twice as much vacation, they have a chance to spend their vacation in an interesting way: to make a trip, to get involved in a new hobby, to visit all their friends and relatives. People living in the North are unusually hospitable, open and always helpful.

What pain points of your city or region in general can you single out?
Medical institutions need repair, equipment renewal.

What suggestions would you give for further development of your city or region?
To develop tourism. To create new interesting areas for children and youth: theaters, art spaces, developmental centers

What are the top three reasons to visit the North?
To visit the world's first nuclear-powered icebreaker Lenin To see a polar day in summer, to pick mushrooms and cloudberries in autumn, to enjoy the northern lights in winter, and to plunge into the polar night.

What advice would you give to young people living in northern territories and facing the choice of future profession?
Study, learn new things, take part in contests, grants, youth festivals to learn different professions, meet new people
