International Council of Women in Technology and Industry

The International Council of Women in Technology and Industry is an international non-governmental and non-profit association of women experts from a wide range of technological industries.

The Council was established in 2022 by Women in Nuclear Russia.

Mission

COOPERATION

Promoting development and international cooperation of female professionals in high-tech fields through open dialogues and discussions.

LEADERSHIP

Expanding women's leadership and professional skills through multilateral initiatives.

SUPPORT

Supporting projects initiated by the Council's members.

There are 4 working groups under the Council aimed at collecting best practices, discussing new measures in the field and proposing support mechanisms for women involved in high-tech industries.

Girls in STEM

Exchanging best practices and tools for involving the younger generation in engineering specialties.

Women Leadership

Implementing corporate programs on women's leadership. Training and professional development of women specialists of technological organizations.

Women in STEM

Promoting knowledge about STEM and professional training to increase scientific activity among women.

Women Entrepreneurship

Development of social initiatives and business projects among women.
