Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?

- In 2006, she defended with honors a diploma on the topic "Technology of manufacturing multilayer printed circuit boards" at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University

- In 2010 she received a second higher education at the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation

- I came to work in the industry in 2011, I started from the position of a leading specialist of the Controlling Department.

- For 10 years, she has been promoted twice, awarded two commendations of the General director for active work at the enterprise.

What determined your choice of profession (what attracted you and what inspires you):

I have always wanted to work in a large company that implements large-scale projects. Therefore, now I am engaged in investment analysis of both already implemented projects and projects for new businesses. I like to feel like a part of a single team whose work is aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the industry.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?

- Preparation of financial and economic models for new businesses of the State Corporation: lithium assets (deposits both in the Russian Federation and abroad);

- Participation in the process of De-bureaucratization (release of updated LNA Division);

- Restart of the KPI project (new teams have been formed at all subsidiaries of the Division, projects in five priority areas have been launched).

Tell us why it's cool to work in the nuclear industry?

The nuclear industry is an association of high–tech enterprises working in various directions. Of course, it is very prestigious and valuable to work in such a Corporation, since each employee has a unique opportunity to realize their potential and contribute to the development of the global industry. And of course, Rosatom is a stable, socially oriented company that is engaged in continuous development and training of its employees.

Share, what is it for you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?

For me, participation in the project is a unique opportunity to join a team of like–minded women who want to reach new and new heights, implement new interesting projects that are aimed at solving the most urgent problems and tasks.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?

Feel free to join all processes and projects, work for the result, appreciate the unique opportunity presented to work in such a large-scale Corporation. Go ahead – and everything will work out!
