All-Russian Conference of Women in the Nuclear Industry

The International Conference of Women in the Nuclear Industry is an annual event of the women's community that brings together industry experts, representatives of international organizations, young scientists and engineers, female residents of areas where Russian nuclear industry enterprises are located, STEM specialists and representatives of public institutions supporting the development of women in science and high technology.

The central issues of the annual conference are popularization of women's contribution to the achievement of sustainable development, including nuclear energy, attraction and support of women in engineering and technical specialties, improvement of the environment for their professional development in the digital economy, implementation of projects and initiatives that promote women's representation in high-tech industries based on the principle of equal opportunities.

The business program traditionally includes international teleconferences of nuclear industry women, strategic sessions on the development of Rosatom's women's community, open dialogues with experts from high-tech industries, mentoring sessions Women in STEM and other event formats.
