November 12-13 in Murmansk, at the AZIMUT City Hotel, the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry, as part of the implementation of the Women in Artik project, is holding an Accelerator of socially significant initiatives "Workshop of Good Projects".
The accelerator is aimed at increasing the level of initiative of Arctic residents in the development of the northern territories through the formation of an educational and supportive environment that promotes the implementation of socially significant initiatives and their replication in other regions. The event will consolidate regional initiatives and ideas for solving problematic life situations faced by residents of the northern territories.
Women specialists, women residents of the northern territories, closed administrative-territorial formations of the Murmansk region, interested in the development of their region, in the implementation of socially significant initiatives supporting through the consolidation of the efforts of the same caring girls, are invited to participate.
The event is an intensive Accelerator format with the involvement of professional coaches and motivational speakers to identify relevant topics of projects, develop a project concept, develop a further strategy for the development of projects and their subsequent implementation.
The headliner of the event will be Maria Afonina, Vice-rector for Educational Activities of the Senezh Management Workshop, ANO "Russia is a country of opportunities".
The accelerator of socially significant initiatives "Workshop of Good Projects" will be held under the guidance of an expert of the "School of Trainers and Moderators" of the Senezh Management Workshop, a business coach, a certified trainer of the Master level Tatiana Karaseva and a business coach (MMIBA), a certified coach (ACTP), a certified PM, head of the Department of training and development of GBU "My Career" Nikita Medvedev.

The project "Women in the Arctic" has been implemented by the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry for more than two years. The project aims to represent the role of women in the sustainable development and preservation of the fragile Arctic system, including in preserving the identity and cultural identity of the indigenous peoples of the North; attracting the attention of women and youth to the implementation of socially significant initiatives in the northern territories.
One of the key activities of the project is the implementation of the thematic photo exhibition "The Arctic has a woman's face". The main idea of creating a thematic photo exhibition is the presentation of a unique portrait of female faces of the northern regions, the popularization of women's role models in the development and preservation of the Arctic, the presentation of professions and career opportunities for women.
