Where do you work now and in what position? What is your main activity?
FSUE "RFNC-VNIIEF". Leading economist.
My main activity is related to budget planning.

Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?
In 2016, I started my professional activity in Lesnoy at the enterprise of FSUE "Combine "Electrochempribor" as an economist in the division. In 2017, I transferred to the planning and economic department, where, based on the results of my work, I received the position of an economist of the 1st category.
In 2020, my husband and I moved to Sarov, where a new chapter of my work began at FSUE RFNC-VNIIEF in the Department of Economics and Controlling.
In 2022, following the results of the certification, I received the position of a leading economist.

What determined your choice of profession (what attracted you and what inspires you):
An economist is a very interesting profession that requires logical thinking, attention, the ability to analyze information and the ability to assimilate new information on a daily basis.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?
In 2021, I took part in the Atomskills Professional Skills Industry Championship as part of the national team
YAOK, where our team in the competence of "Life Cycle Management" took 3rd place. Following the results of the industry championship and the qualifying competition, I joined the national team of the Rosatom State Corporation and took first place in the VIII national championship of WorldSkills Hi-Tech 2021.

Tell us why it's cool to work in the nuclear industry?
For me, the nuclear industry is an association of smart, proactive specialists with an active lifestyle who constantly generate interesting ideas and projects.

Share, what is it for you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?
Prior to this project, I was an outside observer of the activities of the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry and every time I admired the ideas and endless energy
of the participants. And I am very glad that I have
an opportunity to share your story with other participants of the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?
Always take the initiative, share your thoughts, look for like-minded people, interesting projects or create your own and you will see how rich and interesting work can be in the Rosatom State Corporation.
