- Participated in the "YAOK Youth Forum on Safety Culture" in Chelyabinsk, May 2022.

Tell us why it's cool to work in the nuclear industry?

Thousands of different specialists work in the nuclear industry: some create new drugs for the treatment of serious diseases, others participate in international projects of the megasience class, others develop innovative materials of the future. They are all united by one goal – to change people's lives for the better.

But it will not work to sit in one place – you need to be flexible and able to react quickly to changes in the world.

I like Rosatom's transparent and understandable career building system, there are many necessary resources.

Tasks are always different and always global.

It is important for me to participate in all stages – from the drawings to the launch of the device.

Share, what is it for you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?

For me it is:

- informing and educating the public, especially women and the younger generation, about the advantages and prospects of the development of nuclear and radiation technologies;

- - share useful links and introduce new industry and lifestyle categories;

- to involve young people in technical specialties and science;

- to promote mentoring and development of managerial competencies of women — in Rosatom;

- development of cooperation with international organizations and associations.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?

The industry leadership has high hopes for the younger generation, trusts us and sets us ambitious and responsible tasks. And it's always interesting. Well, it is also important that young people want to hear us, listen to our opinion. Self-development, demand, moving forward!

There are many interesting professions and specialties in the nuclear industry, and the development of technology is constantly adding new items to this long list.
