I love to learn! You should always learn from everyone. Almost anyone can do something better than you. Everyone around you becomes your teacher.

Where do you work now and in what position? What is your main activity?

I work as a chief specialist in the consolidated reporting department of Rosatom's Accounting Department

Could you tell us about your professional path in 3 theses?

I moved to Moscow in 2007 with my family
Started working for the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM in 2010
Graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy in 2011
in 2018 became a member of ROSATOM's change support team for horizontal cooperation
in 2019 participated in organizing the Rosatom State Corporation Book Club
in 2020, became an Ambassador of the Women of the Nuclear Industry Association
in 2020 took a training course under the governmental program "Woman Leader"

What are your most outstanding successes/achievements?

In 2004 I was a prize-winner at the All-Russian Review-Contest of Diploma Papers of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in Accounting, Analysis and Audit (3rd place)
from 2006 to 2009 she published three articles in the "Contemporary Problems of Russian Law" magazine
passed the exam in 2011 and received a Diploma of Diplomate (ACCA)
passed CIMA exams in 2017 and 2018 and received CIMA P1 "Operations Performance Management" and CIMA P2 "Performance Management" certificates
I am currently the organizer and presenter of the Rosatom Book Club

Tell us why it's cool to work at Rosatom?

Working at ROSATOM is interesting and gives me great pleasure. My direct work is:
preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter IFRS);
methodological work related to drafting and updating the Accounting Policy for the purposes of preparing the consolidated financial statements of Rosatom State Corporation in accordance with IFRS;
methodological work related to drafting and updating the Methodological Guidelines on transformation and consolidation of accounting (financial) statements for the purposes of preparing the consolidated financial statements of ROSATOM in accordance with IFRS.
In addition, ROSATOM has many different associations and hosts many interesting events. For example, we took part in a ski race organized by the Rosatom Trade Union as a family.
We hold monthly meetings of the Book Club. Rosatom guys are very erudite and read a lot, so it is a great pleasure to communicate with such employees! Join the Book Club meetings!

Tell us, what does being a member of the Nuclear Industry Women's Union give you?

I regularly participate in events held by the Nuclear Industry Women's Association. These include trainings, webinars and congratulations on different holidays. The members of the Association are very active girls who are always striving to develop! It helps me a lot to communicate with them because I feel supported! It's great when you know you are not alone! The Unification has been especially supportive of everyone in remote work in 2020. I wish it continued to thrive!

What advice would you give to the younger generation still planning to enter the industry?

Working for ROSATOM is not only prestigious but also really interesting! Be persistent! And you will succeed!
