Novovoronezh NPP, psychologist of the 1st category of the group of psychophysiological examination, psychological and psychophysiological support (PFD and PPP) of the laboratory of psychophysiological support (LPFO).

The main activity is the organization and conduct of a psychophysiological examination (determining the compliance of psychological properties and professionally important personal qualities of candidates / employees with the requirements of the position and forecasting professional reliability). Organization and conduct of psychological and psychophysiological support of employees (assessment of the condition, development and implementation of a program of psychological and psychophysiological support in individual and group form, psychological counseling).

In 2009, I graduated from the university with a red diploma, after which I worked for more than a year as a teacher-psychologist in a kindergarten, where my professional qualities were noted, and I was invited to a temporary psychologist's position at the Novovoronezh NPP.

I have established myself as a responsible and interested specialist in my field, so I was offered a permanent rate and the opportunity for further career growth.

My further career growth was determined by my active participation in improving not only current processes, but also in the implementation of the commissioning of the personnel psychophysiological support module, conducting psychological testing and implementing activities for WorldSkills contestants, psychological support of Novovoronezh NPP personnel isolated due to coronavirus infection, development of counseling programs for solving individual and personal problems, participation in in the investigation of the events in the work of the Novovoronezh NPP, performance of duties of the Head of the LPFO.

From the age of 14, I dreamed of going to study psychology and working at the Novovoronezh NPP, because this is the city-forming enterprise of our city. I was attracted by the work of a psychologist in an organization where not only private issues can be considered, but also issues of labor psychology in general. Inspiring people and new interesting tasks.

Initially, this is the fulfillment of his teenage dream - employment at the Novovoronezh NPP in the chosen specialty. And then it is participation in the implementation of new directions on its site, for example, participation in competence assessment centers and evaluation of successors to higher positions, training of WorldSkills/Atomskills contestants, commissioning of the psychophysiological support module, support of personnel during COVID-19, continuous development — retraining in the field of activity and obtaining the qualification of a Clinical psychologist, development of managerial competencies in the performance of the duties of the Head of the LPFO.

The nuclear industry is one of the most advanced, it is constantly developing, moving forward, there are many areas in which you can realize yourself. This is a huge team of promising, energetic people.

Most recently, she became a member of this association. For me, joining this community is an opportunity to be useful to someone, share knowledge, exchange experience, information, get recommendations, broaden my horizons, be involved in something global and interesting. I would also like to take an active part in the implementation of a specific project.
