• This is about the fact that if you want to make something interesting and unforgettable, it's better to join the ranks of builders than to watch from the stands.

For me, the plant has become a platform for the realization of all my abilities: we brought and taught children after the Beslansky terrorist attack, we created magazines and newspapers in which I happened not only to write, but also to be an editor. We have done photo exhibitions, now we give gifts to orphanages and give concerts, we have extensive experience in restructuring specialties, in adapting to the new realities of conversion. Yes, a lot of articles have been written, a lot of participation and organizing scientific conferences. There is also a wonderful experience of organizing joint production of English-Russian on the basis of a combine with training in England - it's a lifetime. Interesting, still bubbling with a key and, most importantly, always finding support from the leadership.

• The association gave me examples that I use in mentoring, a new perspective of women's forces as a movement into science, many master classes of personal growth, a platform for creativity, new acquaintances and a huge exchange of experience!
