Share your motto for life, life position or favorite quote?
Development is one of the main tasks of our life.
      02
Where do you work now and in what position? What is your main activity?
      Moscow Branch of JSC Atomenergoproekt.
Leading engineer of the turbine department systems department BKP-1.
I am engaged in designing systems of the second circuit of the NPP.

Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?

      • I joined the organization after the fourth year of the institute and on September 20, 2020, I turned 14 years old.

      • She started with the operating units of the Balakovo NPP and Novovoronezh NPP (Block 5) and carried out modernization work. Often there was an opportunity to go on business trips to the station, and I clung to this chance to see with my own eyes what exactly needed to be finalized. I was happy to explore the machine rooms, so that I could then describe everything correctly and develop project documentation. Thanks to this, I have accumulated an extensive stock of knowledge in the field of designing normal operation systems and second circuit safety systems.

      • She worked as a member of the author's supervision group at the Kudankulam NPP site, 1,2 blocks (India).

      • Participated in various conferences (including presentations) on the subject of my work.

      • Since 2016, I have been organizing work in the part of the second circuit systems for the NPP "Project 53" (Iran).

      • Since 2020, we can say, I have returned to where I started and now, in addition to work on the Project 53 NPP, I am simultaneously organizing work on the modernization of existing facilities: Balakovo and Novovoronezh NPP.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?
in my work, I constantly analyze circuit-mode solutions of second-circuit systems implemented at various nuclear power plants, and, taking into account the experience of operating existing nuclear power plants, I use them when designing new units, including on foreign projects. So, for example, based on the results of a thoughtful study of the failures of the pulse-safety device of the steam generator (included in the system of protection of the PG from excess pressure) that took place at the 4th block of the BAL NPP, developed requirements for the design of the valve, on the basis of which recommendations were issued to prevent violations in the operation of the IPU PG on existing and newly designed units Russian and foreign nuclear power plants (1,2 blocks of NWPP-2, Kursk-2, Akkuyu NPP, Ruppur NPP, etc.). An in-depth analysis of the cut-off system of steam generators on the second circuit, taking into account the experience of designing the system on different blocks, as well as the experience of using various designs of shut-off valves in the system, allowed us to develop both improved circuit solutions of the PG cut-off system for newly designed blocks, and additional requirements for the design of valves.

      - in addition to my work, I have an unusual hobby for a girl: I am engaged in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I am the head of the women's association Fight and Roll Girls. We conduct propaganda and motivational activities aimed at attracting women to martial arts. We disseminate information about the success of athletes at all levels, inform about competitions, give explanations on the rules. Many clubs and coaches cooperate with us, there is a joint work with the organizers of competitions and federations to attract women to competitions. A separate activity of our team is the organization and holding of free workshops and outdoor carpets for women. We want our sport to be accessible to everyone, regardless of social status.

Future plans include the creation of an official structure of the "Association of Women's Martial Arts" and contribute to improving the status of Russia in the world rankings by increasing the level of performing athletes. We do it because our girls are special. They are like everyone else: they study, work, raise children, but at the same time they put their kimono in a sports bag at least three times a week and go to training. They put aside their worries and doubts for a while and strive to become better, to become leaders. It's inspiring!

      05
Tell us why it's cool to work at Rosatom?

I like my job because I am constantly learning. Almost every day throws up new tasks, for the solution of which it is necessary to expand your horizons. In addition, Rosatom allows you to improve not only professionally, but also in terms of personal effectiveness. At one time, I passed the industry program "Talents of Rosatom", which gave a lot for my development. It's right to say that if you've tasted the taste of studying, it's hard to stop.

Designing is a very interesting activity. A separate subject for pride is the fact that you can literally feel the result of your activity and say:"Yes, I also contributed to the construction of the nuclear power plant."
      06
Share what it gives you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?
Probably, precisely because I know how important it is for a girl to feel support, it is important to know that she will not be left alone in the face of problems, that there is a place where a girl will forget about her social status and will feel in a circle of like-minded women, where she will always find help and support in achieving her dreams, I joined the "Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry".

I am sure that together we can really create something powerful and will definitely conquer this world!
      07
What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?
Never forget what industry we work in. Even if the deadlines are burning, you need to think about what you are doing and what decisions you are making, remember that any mistake can lead to serious consequences. Safety should always come first.
