- In 2016 I came to the training practice, after which I received an offer to stay part-time
In 2018, she received a bachelor's degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, after which she found herself in the position of chief specialist.
In 2019, she received a certificate of appreciation from the CEO for her contribution to the development of the enterprise.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?

Prize-winner in shooting from a small-caliber rifle in competitions, among the enterprises of the nuclear industry.

Work in the nuclear industry is truly socially oriented. You feel like part of a huge team of professionals, people who devote themselves to work and pass on experience to the next generations.

Share what it gives you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?
Participation in the association gives us the opportunity to share our suggestions and problems that we face in our daily work and, of course, to find ways to solve them. It also helps to develop your social connections-to get acquainted with colleagues from other companies in the industry, to exchange experience and knowledge.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?
Do not be afraid to make mistakes, because no matter how banal it sounds, it is on them that we learn. If you did not receive a positive response at the first interview, then do not hang up your hands and go further towards your goal. You will definitely succeed!
