Tell us about your professional path or personal successes and achievements.
Professional activity in ecology began with work in the Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Northwestern Federal District from the position of a leading specialist with subsequent growth to deputy head of the department and the rank of Adviser to the state civil service of the 3rd class. In 2019, she joined the team of Rosatom State Corporation of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Hydrographic Enterprise as a leading engineer in the Department of Capital Construction and Operation of the GTS, created under the task assigned by the Government of the Russian Federation to the Enterprise for the development of port infrastructure in the waters of the Northern Sea Route.
According to the results of 2019 and 2020, as part of the team of enterprises of the Directorate of the Northern Sea Route, she received a special prize from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rosatom State Corporation for achieving a historical record in the volume of traffic along the Northern Sea Route.

What is attractive for you to work in the North?
The attractiveness of working in the North lies in the fact that our Company and the Environmental management Department are involved in the development of the Arctic region, which is not only to achieve the goal of increasing cargo traffic through the NSR to 80 million tons per year, but also the socio-economic development of such remote subjects.
For the opportunity to be involved in the preservation of such a fragile nature of the Arctic and its rational use.
Our company, in the course of its activities, carries out restoration measures by artificial reproduction of juvenile fish, feeding deer, monitoring environmental components to assess their condition and forecast the development of changes, planting tree seedlings, etc.
For example, during the implementation of the project "Terminal of liquefied natural gas and stable gas condensate "Morning" from 2019 to 2021, more than 2.5 million specimens of Siberian sturgeon juveniles and over 9 million muksun juveniles were released from the natural environment. And according to the reconstruction project of the "Sea Channel" facility (a navigable approach channel in the Ob Bay of the Kara Sea), a record number of aquatic biological resources were released into the water bodies of the West Siberian Fisheries Basin: 3 million juvenile chira, over 3 million specimens of Siberian sturgeon and more than 19 million muksun.

Increased anthropogenic impact, poor knowledge of the region, inaccessibility.

What suggestions could you give regarding the further development of your city or region?
The development of the Arctic region should fully coincide with the values of the UN Global Compact, one of which is the protection of the environment. Within the framework of this value, business circles should support an approach to environmental issues based on the precautionary principle, take initiatives aimed at increasing responsibility for the state of the environment and promote the development and dissemination of environmentally sound technologies.

To love, appreciate, develop and protect your land. When choosing a profession, pay attention to promising areas, such as: navigation, hydrography, ecology.
