The Ambassador of the Association of Women in Nuclear Industry, beautiful Svetlana Vyakina was a speaker at International Forum STEM2020 that took place at Digital Leadership Center (DLC) of SAP in Moscow, March 4.
As part of her speech at the round table "STEM in companies: Cases. Measuring Success. STEM and D&I corporate programs," Svetlana told about the activities of the professional women's industry community "Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry" and the projects being implemented.
Sabina Yagizarova, Director of External Relations at Salym Petroleum Development, moderated the session.
"We consciously invest in STEM development of girls in Russia because we see their great potential. The current gender imbalance does not allow us to use the potential of educated, creative and value minded girls and women. That is why SAP and Women Influence Community with the support of the general partner Salym Petroleum Development are launching this event, which will bring together 200 girls, pupils and students from Moscow, and we believe it will become a driver of their professional and personal development", says the official website of the event.
