Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?
- 2000 diploma defense, university studies formed the foundation and interest in the IT direction, the desire to gain new knowledge,
- 2003 - the beginning of a career in the field of IT in the TOP-5 integrator, worked as an analyst, system analyst in projects for the implementation of integrated information systems; participated in projects as a project manager; in 2017, a major project was implemented for the FIU, a corporate document management system was introduced in FIU offices in the regions - 2019 – the beginning of a career as the head of the project office in JSC "CONSIST-OS", in 2021 The project on certification of the Company according to the international standard IPMA Delta has been implemented, the status of the 2nd level of maturity has been obtained.04
What determined your choice of profession (what attracted you and what inspires you):
Working with people, interesting tasks, the opportunity to constantly learn something new.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?
- 2005 independently implemented the first project as a project manager;
- - 2017 completion of the project for regional OFPS;
- 2020 completion of the implementation of the CPR project for Rosenergoatom Concern JSC.06

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?
Constantly warm up interest in everything new, read a lot, travel, and not be afraid of anything.
