Share your motto for life, life position or favorite quote?

I often hear the same phrase about myself: "The walking one will master the road." In any situation, it is necessary to move forward, grow morally, professionally, spiritually. To turn back only to do work on mistakes and move on, to turn dreams into goals and achieve them! Every day you need to work on yourself, do something that brings you closer to your cherished dream, goal!

Where do you work now and in what position? What is your main activity?

My position is an engineer of the contract management and planning group of the Capital construction and Reconstruction Department of JSC "Machine-Building Plant" (Elektrostal).

I work at the planning, preparation and procurement site to identify contractors for design and survey and construction and installation works, that is, for the construction of new buildings and reconstruction of existing buildings on the territory of the enterprise.

Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?

1) In 2008, she defended her diploma on the topic: "Inter-budgetary relations: their development and improvement";

2) In 2010, I successfully passed an interview and became an employee of JSC "MSZ", namely, an accountant of the accounting group of the main accounting department;

3) In 2013, she was transferred to the position of engineer of the Contract Management and Planning Group of the Capital Construction and Reconstruction Department.

What determined your choice of profession (what attracted you and what inspires you):

JSC "MSZ" is one of the city-forming enterprises of our city. It has always been famous for stability, huge prospects and confidence in the future. Absolutely all members of my family worked at our company. With a more detailed study of my family's history, I found out that the total work experience of my relatives at JSC "MSZ" exceeds 160 years. The starting point of the factory history of our family was the employment of my great-grandfather to Vtorov at the Outfitting Plant in 1918 (the plant was founded in 1917). My great–grandfather is Nikolai Sergeyevich Zagonov, the first doctor of Electrostal, the founder of local healthcare, a well-known and respected person in our city.

Therefore, I clearly understood that I would continue our labor dynasty.

In 2010, I successfully passed an interview, after which I began working as an accountant in the main accounting department of the plant. In 2013, I was offered my current position. And that's where I found myself. The planning and procurement area is a very versatile and insanely interesting area. A huge number of people interact here: workshops, departments, procurement organizers, inspection bodies, contractors, potential procurement participants. I feel like a small but significant link in one big mechanism. And the most important thing for me is to see the result of my work!

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?

- In 2015 and 2019, I was awarded for the successful completion of work tasks. As part of the implementation of the Federal Target Program in accordance with Federal Law No. 44 on the contract system in the field of public procurement, I have formed procurement documentation to determine the contractor to perform construction and installation work on the reconstruction project of one of the buildings of the enterprise. While working on these tasks, I went to consult Rosatom specialists several times to adjust my work. It was a very good experience in terms of professional development;

- In 2021, I was awarded the gratitude of the General Director of JSC "MSZ" for conscientious work, success in professional activity and a great contribution to the development of the enterprise;

- At the end of 2021, I was awarded the title of "Best young employee of JSC "MSZ" in the nomination "Best Young Specialist".

It is very honorable for me that I have a page in the newspaper "Energy", as well as my photo is placed on the factory honor board shoulder to shoulder with great professionals in their field!

Tell us why it's cool to work in the nuclear industry?

Rosatom State Corporation includes several divisions. The enterprises of the Rosatom State Corporation are scattered across all regions of Russia. This is massive!

Our plant is part of the structure of the fuel company "TVEL", an enterprise for the production of nuclear fuel for Russian and foreign nuclear power plants. The nuclear sector is one of the most promising and stable in our country. These are long-term contracts and contracts, which means the stability of the company's income and employee salaries.

Of course, we should not forget about the social package, about medical insurance, preferential trips from the trade union organization of the plant.

It is important to note the possibility of professional growth, training. It's prestigious!

I know that Rosatom State Corporation topped the Rating of the best employers in Russia by the end of 2020 of the country's largest HR platform HeadHunter. That's cool!

Share, what is it for you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?

I really like the projects of "Unification...". As soon as I found out about this direction, I try to participate as much as possible. Interesting, informative, necessary exchange of experience, a great opportunity to talk about your successes and listen to other participants!

In 2020, my family and I took part with pleasure in the socially significant information project "Atomic Dynasties" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the nuclear industry. I met new interesting people and shared the story of my family in the walls of the factory. We received an e-book "Atomic Dynasties" as a gift. I am very grateful for this opportunity, I think this project is really significant, because such dynasties have made a huge contribution to the development of the enterprise, we need to talk about this, showing an example to the younger generation.

Personally, I really like the phrase: "Women of the nuclear industry." A woman is a delicate, vulnerable, fragile and gentle nature by nature.

In turn, nuclear power (nuclear power) is an energy industry engaged in the production of electrical and thermal energy by converting nuclear energy. There are four research and production complexes in the structure of the nuclear industry: enterprises of the nuclear fuel cycle, nuclear engineering, nuclear weapons complex and industry research institutes. Rosatom also includes the world's only nuclear icebreaker fleet. The power and strength of the country!

Nuclear technology is extremely dangerous. Working in this industry requires mega-responsibility, globality, radicality, determination, dedication, etc.

And when a fragile woman has these qualities, and she develops them in the workplace – this is the power of contrast.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?

I think this is the right decision, you can find yourself in various areas of our industry.

Be sure to strive for results! To study, to develop yourself, to be in a team, not to be afraid of responsibility and decision-making, not to stand still, because the road will be mastered by the walking!
