Professional retraining at the Basic Department of the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev in JSC IC ASE under the program "Life cycle management systems of complex engineering objects". Attestation work on the topic: "Agile Agile methodologies as an innovative way to develop the future". Compliance with qualifications for conducting professional activities in the field of engineering and effective life cycle management of complex engineering facilities.
- In the spring of 2017, I took part in the Tournament of Young Professionals of the Rosatom State Corporation (TeMP-2017) as part of the project team with the theme "Center for Promising Technologies for the Development of the Arctic". The uniqueness of the proposal was that the project of the wind energy laboratory developed by our team allowed testing wind and long blades measuring instruments, modeling various weather and climatic conditions, including Arctic ones. After successfully passing the qualifying stages and tasks in the online format at the competition site, our team was invited to Moscow, where we became finalists of TEMP-2017.
- Immediately after the final of the competition, I was invited to an interview, which I successfully passed and on July 31, 2017 I was accepted as a Specialist in the Management of Innovative Projects at JSC IC ASE of the Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation, from that very moment my career in the nuclear industry began.
- The management of the Rosatom State Corporation supports initiative young workers and provides career opportunities, thanks to which there is a great desire to grow and develop in their professional field. Starting my career in the nuclear industry as a Specialist, over the course of four years of active work, I was able to prove myself on the positive side and achieve high results in my work, and grow up to a Specialist of the 1st category. In July 2021, I will be appointed to the position of a Leading Specialist.
