Where do you work now and in what position? What is your main activity?
- In the Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" in the department of radiation safety, a research assistant.
- I also work with applicants of the Department "Nuclear Reactors and Installations", Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?
- In 2016, I was on the icebreaker "50 years of Victory" for the first time and realized that nuclear reactors are my future love.
- In 2018, while still a student, I started my career in the nuclear industry with the Kurchatov Institute Research Center, where I still work in the radiation safety department.
- In 2019 and 2020, I was a finalist of the PACE, which was my first acquaintance with Rosatom State Corporation. Now I am an ambassador of this company and I am proud that I can develop myself and others.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?

I managed to visit the FSUE Atomflot, where I saw and visited most of the nuclear icebreakers of our fleet.

I recently ran my first half marathon.
- My projects have reached the final PACE twice, and one of them was taken for implementation.

Tell us why it's cool to work at Rosatom?
The nuclear industry is one of the most promising areas of energy. There is always a
place for interesting tasks and opportunities for personal growth.

Share what it gives you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?
The association gives an opportunity to meet ambitious and energetic girls, exchange
experience and knowledge, find like-minded women and implement new interesting projects!

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?
In the industry, everyone can find something to their liking. Don't be afraid to try new things and take risks. And most importantly, look for your strengths to understand the scope of your interests and the vector of development.
