Tell us in 3 theses about your professional path?

In 1996, she defended her diploma on the topic "Calculation of emissions of radioactive substances from sources of the enterprise". She performed her thesis both at the enterprise and at the institute. He was hired in 1997 in the dosimetric service.
In 2007, federal norms and rules for the accounting of radioactive substances and radioactive waste were published for the first time in Russia, there was a need for their implementation at the enterprise, she was appointed to the post of head of the laboratory for accounting and control of RV and RW.;
In 2010, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Service.
In 2020, as part of the development of information systems, GC implemented the project "Creation of an information and analytical system for radioecological monitoring" at the enterprise. The project lasted 3 years. In 2020, she was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Service - Head of the Radiation Safety Laboratory.

Tell us about your brightest successes/achievements?

Since 2015, I have been organizing and participating in the annual training of dosimetrists and experts of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Service to participate in the TvelSkills and Atomskills championships. 5 dosimetrists and 4 experts have been trained, including 2 experts within the framework of the Rosatom GC Academy program. In 2016, dosimetrist Mammadova A.V. took 5th place at Atomskills, in the same year she was awarded the title of "Person of the Year" in the dosimetrist nomination (3rd place).
In 2018, by Order of Rosatom State Corporation No. 1-1/721-r dated 02.10.2018, she was appointed head of the project "Creation of an information and analytical system for radioecological monitoring in PJSC MSZ". Project Implementation dates 2018-2020. Within the framework of the project, an information system has been created that allows to promptly analyze environmental impact PJSC "MSZ".In November 2020, the project was recognized by Rosatom State Corporation as implemented.

Share what it gives you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?

The most important thing is to recognize your colleagues . Sometimes working in the same team, you need to "go beyond", as if to see the whole picture. Communication with the participants of the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry – communication with caring, sometimes unique women. It's great when you have the opportunity to communicate with like-minded people.

What kind of parting words would you give to the younger generation who are just planning to enter the industry?

Not to give in to difficulties, it seems to me that there are even more opportunities for the young now than my generation had. Dare and the world will submit.
