The main motivation to develop in the industry for Sony has always been opportunities. Rosatom has a transparent and understandable career building system, there are many resources that help job seekers and employees. However, it will not work to sit in one place here – in the nuclear industry, you always need to be savvy in the basics, but at the same time flexible and able to quickly respond to changes in the world, that is, stay one step ahead.
05
Share what it gives you to participate in the Association of Women in the Nuclear Industry?
Support and new opportunities for development as well as communication with representatives of the industry and related industries.

I recommend developing myself in all directions – pumping professional competencies, working on fears and monitoring psychological health.
