We invite employees of nuclear industry enterprises and partner organizations of Rosatom in Russia to participate in the international survey of the OECD NEA on the situation with gender balance in the nuclear industry.
In the spring of 2021, two meetings of the international working group were held with the participation of representatives from Russia, quantitative and qualitative indicators (indicators) were determined, on the basis of which the proposed survey was developed.

The purpose of the study: to analyze women's access to professional development opportunities, as well as to develop recommendations regarding gender balance in the nuclear industry in the OECD NEA member countries. This study will be the first international survey on the equality of women and men at all levels of the organizational structure in the nuclear sector. Representatives of 34 countries, including the USA, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Japan and many others, will take part in the study. In Russia, the survey is conducted with the support of the Foundation "Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry".Duration of the survey: 15 minutes. All data obtained during the survey is anonymous and will be centrally collected by the Agency through the SurveyMonkey service.
