The Association of Women of the nuclear industry in 2022 implements the information project "Women in the Arctic". The project became the winner of the grant competition of the Foundation "Co-working" "Orthodox Initiative" in a special nomination for the development of the northern territories.
One of the key events of the project is the implementation of the thematic photo exhibition "The Arctic has a woman's face". The main idea of creating a thematic photo exhibition is the popularization of women's role models in the development and preservation of the northern territories, the presentation of professions and career opportunities for women.
The Association of Women of the nuclear industry continues to fill the photo exhibition "The Arctic has a woman's face" and presents the project in a new format.
The new format of the photo exhibition is possible with the assistance and partnership with the ambassador of the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry in Novovoronezh, Angelina Eremina.

The first heroine of a series of interviews in the framework of the photo exhibition "The Arctic has a woman's face" was Irina Nikolaevna Gomonova.
Irina works in the branch of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, Floating Nuclear Thermal Power Plant in Pevek, Chukotka JSC, as the chief specialist of OMiPR.
Irina shared the story of her career path, told what is attractive about working in the North, how unique nature and colorful people are, and of course gave wise parting words to the younger generation.
