Inna Pigulevskaya, the ambassador of the Association, spoke at the fourth scientific and technical seminar "Problems of processing and conditioning of radioactive waste", which was held at the St. Petersburg branch of the ANO DPO "Technical Academy of Rosatom" from July 14 to 18, 2021.

The seminar was organized by: Rosatom State Corporation, FSUE FEO and ANO DPO Rosatom Technical Academy.

Deputy Head of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Service of JSC "MSZ", Ambassador of the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry in Elektrostal Inna Pigulevskaya, as part of her speech at the plenary session, presented proposals for changing legislation in the field of radioactive waste management (RW).

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Committee on Nature Management, Environmental Protection and Environmental Safety of the Government of St. Petersburg, the Ministry of Ecology and Rational Nature Management of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, IBRAE RAS, Rosatom State Corporation, FSUE "FEO", FSUE "NO RAO", JSC "TVEL", FSUE "RADON", FSUE" PO "Mayak", JSC ChMZ, JSC "SHK" and many others.

During the seminar, the issues of regulatory regulation in the field of RW management, modern technologies of processing and conditioning of RW, economics of RW management and others were considered.
