More than 9 events in a hybrid format took place on the sidelines of the conference for two days. The sessions were attended by more than 200 specialists from various regions of Russia and 11 countries (Indonesia, Egypt, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Turkey, etc.). The speakers were representatives of international organizations UNIDO, W20, WIN Mexico, etc.
"Despite the official level of the event, high-ranking Russian and international speakers, the organizer managed to maintain a friendly atmosphere of pleasant and effective networking. To create conditions for the exchange of experience, the establishment of intersectoral cooperation and pleasant acquaintances," the participants of the event share their impressions.
The conference is a traditional annual event of the industry women's community, which brings together specialists of the Rosatom State Corporation, international organizations, industry experts, young scientists and engineers, women residents of the territories of nuclear industry enterprises in Russia, experts in STEM fields, representatives of public organizations, etc.
The business program included international sessions on the contribution of women to achieving sustainable development and ways to attract women to engineering and technical specialties, career guidance events on STEM for schoolchildren and an international open dialogue "Women in STEM" between Rosatom specialists and students of supporting universities, a round table "Women in the Arctic" (With the support of International grant Competition "Orthodox Initiative") and strategic sessions of the Association of Women of the Nuclear Industry. An international teleconference of women working in the nuclear industry organizations of Russia, Indonesia and Vietnam was also held on the sidelines of the conference.
